Emergency Maintenance

Please use this number AFTER office hours in case of an Emergency.

• Fire
• Flooding/Frozen Pipes
• Leaks (that cannot be contained by a bucket until following day)
• Toilet Clogged (in cases of one bathroom apartment homes)
• No Heat
• No Electricity (unless caused by power outage) for apartment or building
• No Water or No Hot Water
• Air Conditioning (only in cases of health conditions)
• Clogged Kitchen Sink (if standing water is present)
• Refrigerator that is not cooling
• Gas Leaks
• Unsecured Units (broken window or non-locking door)
• Alarms/Smoke Alarms/Carbon Monoxide Alarms (Buildings, office, or maintenance shop)
• Lock Outs – There will be a $50 fee after office hours, will be added to your account the following day.    Proper ID must be shown prior to unit entry, and leaseholder must be present.
• Sewer back ups
• Storm/structural damages
• Roof leaks/window leaks (if flooding)
• Full section of outside lighting out
