To apply for one of our beautiful homes, simply come by our office located at 2239 NW 39th Street in Oklahoma City, during our office hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. You may also call our office and we will be happy to fax or email you an application.
Upon returning the application, you will need a blank money order, or cashiers check in the amount of $100 to process the application. We ask you to leave this money order blank because if your application is denied, your cashiers check or money order will be returned back to you, and you don't lose any money. If your application is approved, the $100 will be applied to your security deposit, and you have 48 hours to place down the remainder of the FULL deposit.
If you would like to "hold" a home in your name, during the application process, then the FULL deposit of the home will need to accompany your application, and you will have priority over all applicants. Again, leave the cashiers check or money order blank, that way if your application is denied, we will return the cashiers check or money order back to you.
Our application process usually takes 24-48 hours.
